If you’ve transferred Pokémon from Pokémon GO, you’ll be able to receive them in Pokémon HOME when you start the application.
View the list of transferred Pokémon and then accept the transfer to receive them.
If you can’t receive the Pokémon, you can try again from the Pokémon GO Link option in Settings after resolving the issue, such as by clearing space in your Pokémon Boxes if they are full.
If you choose not to receive the Pokémon when starting the application, you can receive them anytime by going to Settings, then selecting Pokémon GO Link, then Receive. If there are Pokémon that you have not yet received, you will not be able to transfer more Pokémon from Pokémon GO.
You can check to see if there are any Pokémon transferred from Pokémon GO by selecting Pokémon GO from the main menu.
If there are Pokémon that have been transferred, you can choose Receive to send them to your Pokémon Boxes in Pokémon HOME. If there are Pokémon that you have not yet received, you will not be able to transfer more Pokémon from Pokémon GO.
In order to bring certain Pokémon caught in Pokémon GO and transferred to Pokémon HOME into the Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield game, you must either have registered that Pokémon’s species to your Pokédex or have obtained a Pokémon of that species at any point in that game. A list of applicable Pokémon can be found by going to the Help menu in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME and selecting Other.
