View Details

Pokémon HOME allows you to view all sorts of detailed information about your Pokémon. The mobile device version also includes the Pokémon Guidebook feature, which contains Pokédex entries, types, sizes, forms, and more. This information is available even if that Pokémon hasn’t been registered in your National Pokédex in Pokémon HOME. You can also discover which games a Pokémon can be encountered in, which will help you complete your Pokédex.

Battle Data

In the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME, you can check out how Ranked Battles and various Online Competitions in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet are going, as well as the rankings of the Pokémon being used in them. By going to Battle Data, you’ll be able to see your battle records, as well as information about what moves are popular among the Pokémon in the competitions.

Catch Calendar

This feature in the mobile device version lets you view your Pokémon arranged by the dates you caught them.

You can use it to relive memories from your adventures—such as the day you first caught a certain Pokémon or when you received a Pokémon as a gift.

You can also set days as “Anniversaries.” Try doing this with days that matter to you, such as your birthday or the day you met one of your favorite Pokémon.

Judge Pokémon

If you’ve enrolled in a Premium Plan, you’ll have access to the Judge function, which allows you to check how strong your Pokémon are.

Changing Moves (Nintendo Switch Version)

From version 3.0.0 onward, when bringing a Pokémon from Pokémon HOME into a linked game, you will be able to change the moves it knows from among a list of moves it has learned up to that point.* This will allow you to have your Pokémon know the moves you want it to before moving it out of Pokémon HOME.

National Pokédex

Pokémon will be registered to the National Pokédex when you deposit them in the Boxes in Pokémon HOME. Pokémon that can Mega Evolve or Gigantamax will have those forms be registered, too! In the National Pokédex, you’ll be able to see Pokédex entries from various different games in one place.

With the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME, you’ll be able to see much more than just Pokédex entries. You’ll also be able to check each Pokémon’s Abilities as well as the moves it can learn!

In the mobile device version, you can view Pokémon registered to your Pokédex in Pokémon HOME from different angles, such as from above or behind. Try this out to get a better look at your Pokémon. You might notice new details you didn’t catch before!

Other Games’ Pokédexes

Before Pokémon HOME version 2.0.0, the only Pokédex in Pokémon HOME was the National Pokédex. Version 2.0.0 added game-specific Pokédexes for each supported game. Pokémon that were in Boxes in Pokémon HOME when version 2.0.0 was installed were automatically registered in their respective game-specific Pokédexes. Pokémon that weren’t in a Box when the version 2.0.0 update was installed, such as those that had been traded away, were not registered.

Each game-specific Pokédex, such as the Sinnoh Pokédex of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl or the Galar Pokédex of Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, can only register Pokémon caught in those specific games.

Mystery Gifts

You can receive Mystery Gifts in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME! Get Mystery Gifts for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, as well as gifts specifically for Pokémon HOME. Pokémon received in Pokémon HOME can be directly deposited into a Box in Pokémon HOME.

Pokédex Completion Rewards

Completing your Pokédexes in Pokémon HOME earns you exciting rewards—a selection of special Shiny Pokémon! As you work to catch the Pokémon needed, remember that you can also trade with Trainers around the world to help fill in the gaps in your Pokédex. See below for the full list of available Shiny Pokémon.

  1. • Complete your Paldea, Kitakami, and Blueberry Pokédexes (from Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet) to receive Shiny Meloetta.

  2. • Complete your Hisui Pokédex (from Pokémon Legends: Arceus) to receive Shiny Enamorus.

  3. • Complete your Sinnoh Pokédex (from Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl) to receive Shiny Manaphy.

  4. • Complete your Galar, Isle of Armor, and Crown Tundra Pokédexes (from Pokémon Sword or Pokémon Shield) to receive Shiny Keldeo.

  5. • Complete your Kanto Pokédex (from Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! or Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!) to receive Shiny Meltan.

Your Room

In your room, you’ll be able to see all sorts of information about events or the games you’ve connected to Pokémon HOME. You’ll also be able to edit your profile using stickers. You can obtain stickers when you meet certain conditions or perform certain tasks in Pokémon HOME known as Challenges.

Collect Medals

In the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME, you can collect medals, digital souvenirs that can be claimed by visiting real-life places with a connection to Pokémon or by participating in Pokémon events. These medals, introduced in Pokémon HOME version 3.3.0, can be traded with other players or sent to them as gifts.

Pokémon HOME Points

Pokémon HOME Points are points that accumulate in Pokémon HOME as you deposit more Pokémon. When using the Nintendo Switch version of Pokémon HOME, you’ll be able to exchange your Pokémon HOME points for other kinds of points, such as BP (Battle Points) or LP (League Points), used in core Pokémon series games.
